Brownies

2 cup sugar 
1 3/4 cup flour (plain)
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1 tsp. salt
5 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla 
1 cup chocolate chips (however many you want).

In a mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan (lamington tray). 
Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 180 deg (160 fan forced) for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool in pan.
