Immune Enhancing Soup

4 Large Onions
½- whole ball of garlic (approximately 8 bulbs)
1-2 Lemon juiced
Handful Chopped Coriander and Parsley
Handful of fresh or dried Thyme
3 Celery sticks (chopped)
2 Carrot (chopped)
Approximately 5 grams of fresh ginger, chopped
2 Table spoon of Turmeric
2 Tablespoons of ground black pepper
3 Litres of filtered water
Some sea salt for seasoning

Chop the Onions and Garlic, heat a tiny bit of (Olive) Oil and stir them through for a few minutes. 

Add the carrot, celery and stir through for a few minutes. 

Mix the rest of the ingredients through and then add the water. 

Cook on a low heat for 3-6 hours (it will reduce to about half). Add sea salt and pepper to taste. 

This can be your base: add fish, chicken or other vegetables for variety and flavour. If you prefer you can blend all the ingredients for a smoother soup.
