2 Packets Lattice Biscuits
900ml Cream
3 Tablespoons Custard Powder
1 Packet Vanilla Instant Pudding
Line a lamington tray with 1 pack lattice biscuits.
Place cream, custard powder and instant pudding in a whipping bowl and whip till the cream is thick (but not too thick).
Spread cream mixture over the lattice biscuits, top with the other pack lattice biscuits and refrigerate.
