Weetbix Slice


¾ cup sugar
1 cup SR flour
1 cup coconut
½ cup sultanas
1 ½ tbsp honey
2-3 crushed weetbix (I always use 2)
½ cup rolled oats
1 egg
130g melted butter

Melt butter & honey, then add to rest of ingredients. Mix altogether (if too dry, add more melted butter)

 Flatten in tin, cook for approx 20 mins in 180 degree oven. Cut into slices before it cools. Store in fridge.
