Chocolate Mousse Cake

200g plain biscuits, crushed
100g butter, melted

150g milk chocolate, chopped
150g dark chocolate, chopped
2 TBSP icing sugar
300ml whipped cream

50g white chocolate


Mix together the crushed biscuits and butter.  Press into greased dish.  Chill for 30 minutes.

Melt milk and dark chocolate together.  Stir in icing sugar.  Fold through whipped cream. Pour on top off biscuit base.

Allow to cool.  Drizzle with white chocolate.
