1 cup Self Raising flour
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
125g melted butter
Topping:
1x 395g tin condensed milk
2-3 passionfruits (or canned passionfruit)
juice of 2 lemons
Melt butter and add to flour, coconut and sugar

Melt butter and add to flour, coconut and sugar
Mix well and press into tin (I use a 21cm round tin)
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees. Allow to cool.
Topping: Combine all ingredients and pour over cooled based.
Bake in slow oven for 10 minutes.
