1/2 cup popping corn (fully popped in pan or popcorn maker)
60g butter
1/2 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons honey
Place butter, sugar & honey in small saucepan and bring to boil for
approx 4 min or until the mixture is a caramel colour, stiring
occasionally.
Pour caramel over popcorn in bowl (be careful as the caramel is extremly hot) & mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Spread mixture out over 2 baking trays (doesn't have to be a single layer) & place in fridge for 2 minutes.
Break up the popcorn. It can be stored in an airtight container.
Note: If you've never tried this before, you will more then likely never buy caramel popcorn again. Its so easy & so tasty!
